구조 및 성능(Structure & Performance)

Rack Gear와 Pinion Gear가 조합된 Gear Box에 4개의 Shaft를 연결한 구조로 Up/Down작동시, 좌우동조를
맞추어 주는 Unit입니다.

Gear Box내부에 여러개의 Gear가 서로 맞물려 작동하므로 좌우동조 오차가 최소입니다.

Up/Down 운동시 편하중을 받아도 원활한 Up/Down을 할 수 있습니다.

LM Guide나 Ball Bush, X-Link와는 달리 Guide자체가 Unit로 구성되어 있어 하자 보수가 용이하고, 부품이
규격화 되어 있어 부품의 신속한 교환이 가능합니다.

This is guide unit which consists of Gear box composed of Rack Gear and Pinion gear, connected
with 4 Torque bar fix the parallel balance on up/down operation.

It shows minimum error because of perfect match in between two gears.

Smooth up/down operation is available when it is weighed on only one side because of lifter.

Unlike LM guide , ball bush and X-link, it is easily possible for the guide to fix and change parts
because of the fact that it includes built-in unit.

For standardized part, designing ass'y is easy and there is no need to extra devices for the role of
up/down guide.
